When putting on your bracelet, twist the connection on the carabiner all the way to make sure it is secure.
Wrist Measuring:
1) Using a sewing tape measure, wrap it snugly around your wrist. Note the length and measure with a ruler.
2) Round up to the nearest half-inch to allow the bracelet some wiggle room. For example, if your wrist measures 7.75", round up to 8" for your bracelet size.
