We recommend removing this jewelry before swimming or showering to maintain its integrity.

When closing your carabiner, you will want to twist it as tightly as possible to make sure it is secure.

Wrist Measuring:

1) Take a sewing tape measure and wrap it snugly around your wrist. Record the length and measure it against a ruler.
2) Round up to the nearest half-inch to ensure your bracelet has some flexibility. For instance, if your wrist measures 7.75", round up to 8" for your bracelet size.
